Daily Schedule

A Day at Makgwe Primary

Structure, learning, and fun balanced throughout the day

7:30 AM - Arrival

Learners arrive at school and prepare for the day. Teachers are available to welcome students and address any concerns.

7:45 AM - Morning Assembly

The school gathers for assembly featuring prayer, announcements, motivational talks, and sometimes performances by learners.

8:00 AM - Classes Begin

Structured classes in languages, mathematics, and other subjects. Active learning and participation encouraged.

10:00 AM - First Break

Learners enjoy a break to eat, play, and socialize. Supervised playground activities keep everyone active and safe.

10:30 AM - Classes Resume

Continued learning across various subjects including sciences, social studies, and life skills.

12:30 PM - Lunch Break

Extended break for lunch and recreation. Nutritious meals support learning and growth.

1:00 PM - Afternoon Classes

Final classes of the day, often including creative arts, physical education, and practical activities.

2:30 PM - Dismissal

School day ends. Supervised dismissal ensures learners leave safely. Extracurricular activities follow for those involved.
